1 1/4 c Milk, chilled

1 Egg

1/4 ts Vanilla extract

2 tb Sugar

Pinch of ground nutmeg - to decorate Mix all ingredients, except nutmeg, in a blender at high speed until frothy. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
