Ingredients
1smonion, chopped
4eachgarlic cloves, minced
1tablespoonvegetable oil
3lgmushrooms, chopped
1lgcarrot, grated
2tablespoonparsley
2poundtofu, crumbled
2teaspoontamari
3tablespoontomato sauce

Directions:

Saute onion & garlic in oil till transluscent. Add pepper, mushrooms,
carrot & parsley. Stir fry briefly & add tofu, tamari & tomato sauce. Cook
till well heated through. Stuff into pita bread & serve.
